We didn’t invent
high-rise construction.

We just optimized it.

Our Specialty

We build high-rises better — because we understand what makes them complex.

Structure Expertise

From mechanical systems to crane scheduling, our team understands the nuances and complexities of constructing high-rises. No surprises, just deadlines met & budgets kept.

Smart Sequencing

Concrete pours before mechanical openings are approved?  The whole job slows down — or worse, you’re cutting into new slabs. In high-rises, sequencing is everything. We align trades early and keep everyone working in the right order.

Staggered Approvals

No waiting around for paperwork. By staggering DOB approvals, starting with just the foundation,  we can break ground in as little as 1–3 months from pre-construction, keeping us nimble and shaving months off schedule.
Our Process

How we line up those dominoes. Perfectly.

High-rise construction is all about timing. One delay affects every trade that follows — and every day costs money. We build the schedule like a domino chain, planning buyouts early and sequencing tasks so that no crew waits on another.
O1

DOB Approvals

We stagger approvals to keep the project moving. Instead of waiting six months for full DOB signoff, we start with just the foundation. We manage inspections between each phase and push the design team to address DOB comments fast — so nothing sits in limbo.
O2

Team Assembly

We’re often brought in before the architect, which means we can help assemble a design team that shares our standards for both budget and quality. (And urgency!) Once trades are selected, we start buyout immediately — so every subcontractor is ready to start the day they’re needed.
O3

Team Coordination

Getting team coordination right save both months and millions. If sleeves for plumbing aren’t set before the concrete pour, weeks are lost. If we don’t have approvals on shop drawings, subcontractors can’t start. That’s why we meticulously plan every day months in advance of shovel in the ground.
O4

Construction Scheduling

Every high-rise hinges on smart scheduling. We lock in crane days, deliveries, and installs with precision — so we never bring in equipment twice. A one-week delay on a generator can become a $200K mistake. We prevent that by planning everything down to the day.
O5

Construction Management

We run the site like a relay. Because buyouts and submittals happen early, contractors are mobilized and ready the moment they’re up. For example, we typically pour one floor every three days — and finish a 16-story frame in under four months.
O6

Quality & Safety Oversight

We inspect every install before it’s covered — especially for MEP systems. No surprises behind the sheetrock. And we never take safety shortcuts. Perimeter protection, adjacent buildings, DOB compliance — we stay ahead so you avoid costly delays like stop-work orders.
Budget Maintenance

Nothing flashy. Just budget
discipline from day one.

We plan crane days like clockwork

Equipment is expensive. If your rooftop units arrive a month apart, you’re paying for two lifts instead of one. We prevent that by locking in sequencing early — so everything heavy lands on-site the same day.

Stretch your dollars per square foot

We don’t just “hit the budget.” We help you get more from it. We negotiate strategically with subs, flag overpriced specs early, and find high-performance alternatives that save big without compromising the end result.

Value engineering from the start

Our VE process runs from day one. From vanities to ventilation systems, we review every specialist’s recommendation with cost in mind. And if we can get the same look, performance, or efficiency for less, we do it.
